DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please note that exclusions apply to our free delivery offer on orders over £25 and additional charges may be required for courier delivery to some areas. Please call us on 0800 731 3549 for further details.
Our delivery charges only apply to mainland UK addresses, including Northern Ireland.
Our courier will deliver your order between 9am and 5pm. In the event of the purchaser's failure to accept deliveries in accordance with the relevant order, re-delivery is at the purchaser's expense. So if you will not be home between 9am and 5pm to accept delivery, please give us your business address for the delivery instead. Or, give us the name and address of a neighbour that is willing to sign and accept your delivery.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Order above £25
If you spend over £25 you will qualify for free courier delivery on orders up to 10kg*. This is available across our whole range of products. As above, this applies to mainland UK addresses, including Northern Ireland.
Order below £25
Courier delivery is a flat fee of £6.50 for the first 10kgs. For heavier orders there is a charge of 25p each kilo thereafter, up to 30kg. Goods that weigh 30 - 50kg incur a £1.50 surcharge. As above, this applies to mainland UK addresses.
Saturday Courier Delivery
If you require Saturday delivery this will incur a surcharge which Merchant Gourmet will add to your total - please contact us if you would like a quote for this.
Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and all other Offshore and International Destinations
For deliveries to these areas, please contact us with details of the items that you would like to order, and we will quote you for the delivery cost.
Orders sent via courier will be delivered within 5-7 working days, with the exception of orders placed during the Christmas and New Year period.
