***Important Delivery Information***
Our courier will deliver your order between 9am and 5pm. In the event of the purchaser's failure to accept deliveries in accordance with the relevant order, re-delivery is at the purchaser's expense. So if you will not be home between 9am and 5pm to accept delivery, please give us your business address for the delivery instead. Or, give us the name and address of a neighbour that is willing to sign and accept your delivery.
Our delivery charges only apply to mainland UK addresses, excluding Northern Ireland and North of Scotland (please see below). If you would like to place an order for delivery outside mainland UK please call or email us for a delivery quote.

If you spend £25+ you will qualify for free courier delivery on orders up to 10kg*. This is available across our whole range of products
Order below £25
Merchant Gourmet will calculate shipping according to the total weight (including product packaging) of your order.
Courier Delivery*
Courier delivery is a flat fee of £6.50 for the first 10kgs and 25p each kilo thereafter, up to 30kg. Goods that weigh 30 - 50kg incur a £1.50 surcharge.

Saturday Courier Delivery
If you require Saturday delivery this will incur a £22 surcharge which Merchant Gourmet will add to your total.
Northern Ireland and North of Scotland - Courier Delivery
Courier deliveries to Northern Ireland will incur a £19 surcharge which Merchant Gourmet will add to your total.
Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and all other Offshore Destinations - Courier Delivery
Courier deliveries to the Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and all other Offshore Destinations will incur a £39 surcharge which Merchant Gourmet will add to your total.
*Orders sent via courier will be delivered within 5-7 working days, with the exception of orders placed between 18th December and 2nd January (please see note at the top of this page).
