'Dish It Up' Terms and Conditions
Full Terms and Conditions:
- Competition open to UK entrants only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Leathams Plc and Gourmet on Tour, their agents, associates and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- Competition commences 02/11/2009 and closing date for receipt of entries is 07/12/2009.
- All entries must be made on the Merchant Gourmet Facebook page.
- Promotion details and entry instructions on the Facebook page form part of these terms and conditions.

- There will be one main prize winner who will receive a £100 voucher to use on any MyCoolWorld.co.uk experiences. The second and third runner ups will both receive a £50 MyCoolWorld voucher each. Vouchers must be redeemed within 10 months of receiving them.
- Please note it is the responsibility of those taking part in the experience day to ensure they have correct documents which might be needed for specific experiences.
- No cash or other alternative can be substituted for any prizes, except that in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.
- Only one entry is allowed per person, with a maximum of one prize per household.
- There will be one prize draw at the end of the competition period, where one winner and two runners-up will be randomly selected under the supervision of an independent person. The main prize winner will be the first valid entry drawn at random from all entries received by 07/12/2009.
- The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The main prize winner will be notified by telephone or email by 21/12/2009 and their prize must be booked by 09/10/2009. If the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of the closing date the promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to withdraw prize entitlement and to award the prize to a substitute drawn at the same time as the original.
- Runners up will be notified by email or post and will receive their vouchers by 31/12/2009.
- To enter please submit a picture of the new dish created and post it onto the Merchant Gourmet Facebook page captioned with what MG ingredient used, the name of the dish, and your name.
- Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are deemed as invalid and no further correspondence will be entered into. Only one entry per person.
- No bulk or third party entries will be accepted.
- No responsibility can be taken for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, illegible, or undelivered for any reason.
- The promoter will collect personal details for the purposes of administering this promotion. Data will only be retained for the duration of this promotion and will not be used for any other purpose, unless otherwise agreed to by the consumer.
- Winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity resulting from this promotion, as required by the promoter.
- By entering this competition you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions and you will be bound by them. Acceptance of these terms and conditions and promotional instructions is a condition of entry.
- The promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, terminate or withdraw the promotion, if deemed necessary due to circumstances outside of their reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
- The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of a third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the affect on the entrant of such failure.
