We’ve been jumping for joy as we’re really excited to announce the launch of our two brand-spanking new mushroom products, Mixed Mushrooms and Porcini Mushrooms.
The Mixed Mushrooms are a delicious combination of shiitake, champignon, and porcini mushrooms and are great in loads of dishes. The Porcini Mushrooms are gloriously rich and bursting with flavour and are fab in a range of recipes.
Both products taste great in stir-fries, classic pasta dishes and risottos, as well as in soups and sauces. They couldn’t be easier to use either - there’s no need to soak the mushrooms before cooking, just open and add to your recipe, it’s that simple!
These ingredients are the first to be launched under the new ‘Quick & Easy’ range which is all about convenience and are perfect for home cooks who are short on time, but still love their food! Each product is specifically designed to be ready to use, so you can save time in the kitchen. There’s zero preparation required, simply add any product in the ‘Quick and Easy’ range straight into your cooking to create delicious meals in minutes.
Available to buy in Waitrose from 24th October, the Mixed Mushrooms and Porcini Mushrooms will have wide appeal - from busy professionals and families, through to students who just don’t have the time to cook meals.
