1. Under a hot grill, place 4 slices of Ciabatta bread. 2. Divide both jars of olives between the four plates, leaving space for the bread. 3. Turn the slices of bread over so that both sides are grilled and place one on each plate. 4. Top the bread with a folded piece of Parma ham and SunBlush® Tomatoes. 5. Put remaining tomatoes on each plate with the olives. 6. Serve with rocket leaves.
