1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water as instructed on the packet. 2. Drain well and return to the pan. 3. Drain the oil form the SunBlush® Tomatoes and keep to one side. Stir the tomatoes through the spaghetti along with a handful of rocket leaves. 4. Divide the spaghetti between two serving dishes and drizzle over some of the saved oil. 5. Season to taste and decorate with a sprig of rocket.
