CHESTNUT STUFFING MIX
*1 Packet Chestnut Stuffing Mix
10g butter
200ml freshly boiled water

HOW TO COOK IT

1. Empty the sachet of dry stuffing mix into a bowl.

2. Add the butter and the water, mix well and allow to stand for 10 minutes.

3. Immerse the vacuum pack of chestnuts in hot water for a few minutes, snip the top and loosen the chestnuts.

4. Mix the chestnuts into the stuffing mix.

5. Place in a greased ovenproof dish and bake in a preheated oven 200C/400 F/Gas Mark 6 for 20 minutes until golden.

6. Alternatively use it to stuff poultry by easing under the skin of the bird and roast as normal.
