      Tried your balsamic syrup in the summer in a salad fantastic flavour so i experimented with a chicken i scored the skin coated it in butter,balsamic syrup,maple syrup,and runny honey then drizzled olive oil over the top roasted it uncovered basting it regularly absolutely gorgeous. THANKS MARK
