1. Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Mix with the melted butter.
2. Slice the bananas and mix with the lemon juice and Banana Dulce de leche.
3. Whip the cream until it just holds its shape, then fold in the custard.
4. Layer the biscuit crumb, Dulce de Leche mix and cream and custard into 2 or 3 sundae glasses depending on the size.
5. Top with chocolate curls and chill until ready to serve. |
