Chef's Dried Porcini Mushrooms 100g £7.95

These are the most intense and delicious Porcini Mushrooms around! Porcini are most popular in their dried form as the flavour is best preserved in this way - it is actually concentrated as a result of being dried.

Their taste and texture are the perfect ingredient for a rich risotto. Just soak in warm water for 30 minutes - the remaining liquer can then be used to add extra flavour to your recipe.

Once re-hydrated lightly fry the mushrooms in a little olive oil or butter before adding to a whole range of dishes including risottos, pasta dishes, stir-fries, salads, quiches, omelettes and casseroles.
