1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, then cook the pasta for 8 mins, stir in the peas and return to the boil for a further 2 mins.
2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan add the onions and sauté for 3 mins. Add the sausage, chillies and Mi-Cuit tomatoes, sauté for 3 mins.
3. Add the wine and simmer for 2 mins. Finally stir in the canned tomatoes, bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4mins.
Season to taste.
4. Drain the pasta and peas, then toss through the sauce and serve. |
