Toffee Spiced Chicken Wings
A delicious, unusal idea to use Dulce de Leche with chicken wings. It creates a moorish satay style sauce that children love and is incredibly easy to make..
Ingredients:
*1/2 jar Merchant Gourmet Dulce de Leche
500gms chicken wings
2 gloves finley chopped garlic
1-2 red finely chopped red chillies (depending on how hot you like it!)
2 tbsp soy sauce
Olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Lime wedges to serve
HOW TO COOK IT

1.Pan fry the chicken wings in hot olive oil until starting to colour (drain off excess fat as the wings cook)

2.Add the chilli and garlic

3.When the wings are almost cooked (the meat will come away from the bone easily) add the Dulce de Leche and soy sauce. Toss the wings to coat evenly.

4.Add the lime juice, toss and serve hot as finger food, or as a starter with little gem lettuce and chopped coriander.
