2. In a bowl mix together the beaten egg, mashed banana, milk, vanilla extract and melted butter. Sieve the flour with the baking powder into a large bowl. Stir in the egg and banana mixture until well combined. Tip the mixture into a large pie dish or individual ramekins and place inside a roasting tin. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes if cooking in a large dish or 10-12 minutes if using a ramekin or until it feels slightly firm in the centre.
2. In a small pan heat the Merchant Gourmet Dulce de Leche until bubbling, drizzle over the pudding and Serve with crème fraiche.
