Teriyaki Chestnut and Vegetable Stir Fry |

Ingredients: 125g broccoli, cut into small florets
125g French beans, trimmed and halved
125g baby sweetcorn
125g sugar snaps
125g carrot, peeled and cut into batons
2 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons water
15g brown sugar
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
* 200g Merchant Gourmet Whole Chestnuts, roughly chopped
Handful of coriander leaves

HOW TO COOK IT |

|
|
1. Prepare all the vegetables as appropriate. Make sure the broccoli is cut into small florets, so they cook quickly.
2. Mix the Terriyaki sauce, water and sugar in a bowl, and put to one side. In a large frying pan or wok, heat the oil over a high heat. Add the broccoli and stir fry, keeping them moving around the pan all the time. Add the sweetcorn, sugar snaps and carrot batons and cook for 4-5 minutes.
3. Add the Merchant Gourmet Whole Chestnuts to the pan with the Teriyaki mixture and stir fry for a further 4-5 minutes. Add a handful of coriander just before serving. |
