Camargue Red Rice
Cook Camargue Red Rice as directed on the packet and stir in almonds, chopped apricots and sultanas. Serve as a side dish to fish or white meat.
Fry chopped chorizo and spring onion until cooked through. Stir in cooked Camargue Red Rice and serve with freshly grated cheddar cheese on top.
Add the juice and grated zest of one lemon to cooked and drained Camargue Red Rice. Alternatively drizzle a small amount of Merchant Gourmet Lemon Infused Olive Oil over the rice to really enhance the flavour.
Cook Camargue Red Rice as directed on the packet substituting chicken or vegetable stock for water.
Stir pesto into freshly cooked Camargue Red Rice and serve as a side dish to any meat or vegetables. Delicious hot or cold.
For an unusual sweet alternative, cook Camargue Red Rice in coconut milk, add soft brown sugar and cinnamon, and serve with baked, stoned fruits.

Cook White, Red & Wild Rice in a rich chicken or vegetable stock until the stock has been absorbed. Add your favourite roasted vegetables or pieces of roast chicken, stir in fresh cream and freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
Use cooked White, Red & Wild Rice mixed with SunBlush® Tomatoes to stuff large field mushrooms, top with buffalo mozzarella and roast in a hot oven until the cheese begins to melt.
