Halloumi £3.29

Halloumi is the traditional cheese of Cyprus. A hard, salty cheese that is made from cow, goat and sheep's milk, this Halloumi is extremely versatile and can be enjoyed fresh, grilled, fried, baked or barbecued.

The best way to eat this is to griddle slices of the Halloumi and serve on roasted veg. It's also excellent for a barbeque on skewers with spicy meat and peppers. Or for a simple meal, use our Halloumi grated or diced straight into a salad.
