Ian Nottage: Executive Development Chef

Ian came to Merchant Gourmet from his last position as Executive Chef at Hampton Court Palace. His passion for fine food and 20 year career creating dishes for the great and the good, ensure that all our products benefit from something that’s just a touch extra special.
Ian is also a committee member of the Craft Guild of Chef’s – a wonderful charity committed to promoting great cooking and recently won Development Chef of the Year.
