Balsamic Syrup (250ml)

We start with Balsamic Vinegar from Modena. Then we use it to make a fantastically rich, tasty syrup, and put it in a squeezy bottle. Special enough to deliver the coup de grace to both sweet and savoury dishes. Dip your bread in it, or use the nozzle to artfully squirt over strawberries and ice cream.
