Pumpkin Seed Oil (250ml)

This has been produced for centuries, from the seeds of a unique type of pumpkin grown in the Styria region of South East Austria. The skinless seeds are roasted and crushed to produce a thick, dark green, velvety oil with a toasted aroma and nutty flavour.

It’s great as a salad dressing, for bread dipping and for beefing up stir fries. This oil is rare, and has loads of unsaturated fats, vitamins and minerals.
