Our Prosciutto is slowly cured for 9 months. The result is a fine cured, Italian ham with a unique sweetness and depth of taste that you will love.

Serve with a selection of our 'Charcuti' meats along with olives, cheeses and breads. Or try serving with melon and fresh figs.
