Banoffee Pie

Ingredients:
- 450g Dulce De Leche
- 20 digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 3 firm bananas, sliced
- 300ml double cream, whipped
How to cook it:
- Place the biscuits in a bag and crumble with a rolling pin. Put into a bowl, mix in the melted butter then spoon into a 25cm tart tin. Press the mixture down well to form an even layer before refrigerating for 1 hour
- Spread the biscuit base with the Dulce de Leche, a layer of sliced bananas and top with the whipped cream. Sprinkle with chocolate or toasted almonds
