Chocolate Shots

Ingredients:

• 6 tsp Dulce De Leche Cappuccino
• 100g dark chocolate drops
• 100g mascarpone
• Cocoa to dust

How to cook it:

1. Place the chocolate drops and mascarpone into a pan and very gently heat, stirring continually until melted and smooth
2. Pour into 6 shot glasses and place in the fridge to chill and set
3. Top each with a spoonful of the Merchant Gourmet Dulce de Leche Cappuccino and serve chilled
