Rikky's Chocolate Mousse with Chestnut Puree

Ingredients:

  • 290g Double Cream, whipped
  • 200g Chocolate, melted
  • 250g Chestnut Puree
  • 5 tbsp dark rum

Method

  1. Fold the melted chocolate into the chestnut purée, then fold in the rum and whipped cream.
  2. Spoon into glasses and fill the top of each glass with a layer of cream.
  3. Chill until set and decorate with chocolate shavings
