Rikky's Chocolate Mousse with Chestnut Puree

Cooking time: 50mins
Serving: 6
Ingredients:
- 290g Double Cream, whipped
- 200g Chocolate, melted
- 250g Chestnut Puree
- 5 tbsp dark rum
Method
- Fold the melted chocolate into the chestnut purée, then fold in the rum and whipped cream.
- Spoon into glasses and fill the top of each glass with a layer of cream.
- Chill until set and decorate with chocolate shavings
