Terms and Conditions

We are currently only able to deliver to mainland U.K. addresses.

In the event of the purchaser's failure to accept deliveries in accordance with the relevant order, re-delivery is at the purchaser's expense. So if you will not be home between 9am. and 5pm. to accept delivery, please give us your business address for the delivery instead. Or, give us the name and address of a neighbour that is willing to sign and accept your delivery.

The buyer shall upon receipt inspect the goods to determine quality, quantity and condition. Failure to effect this procedure shall render forfeit all rights to any claim whatsoever. Claims related to the goods must be made promptly and confirmed in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until payment for your goods has been authorised. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that payment for the goods is authorised, and not before, a contract will be made between you and us. Authority for payment must be given at the time of the order. Payment for your order will be taken once stock availability has been confirmed. If for any reason the goods can not be supplied then payment will be refunded in full.

Orders sent via courier will be delivered within 5-7 working days. If you require a later delivery date, or if you require Saturday delivery, please call us on 0800 731 3549. Saturday Delivery will incur an additional charge.

All deliveries must be checked at time of receipt; claims can only be accepted for damages and shortages if they are recorded on the delivery note and reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

We undertake to accept all cancellations of orders that arrive before despatch of the goods and in the event of dissatisfaction with the goods delivered. We will either refund your money or replace the item, provided that the cause of the complaint is genuine. Your statuary rights are not affected in any way.

Please note, damaged or incorrect goods must be retained for our collection or inspection.

We suggest that you supply us with your work address, or that of a neighbour or relative, if you are not planning to be at home to accept delivery. To assist us in serving you, we would appreciate as much notice as possible of any special requirements.
