Ingredients
- 2 x 250g pouches of Merchant Gourmet Glorious Grains
- 1 red onion
- 1 beef tomato
- 2 limes
- Big bunch of fresh coriander, finely chopped
- Big pinch of sea salt

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Finely chop the coriander, red onion and tomato.
- In a big bowl, combine chopped ingredients with the grains and the juice of two limes.
- Season to taste with lime juice and salt.
