Great taste, healthy and perfect when busy
I love cooking from scratch because you can be sure of what you are eating - i.e. no strange ingredients, modified starches etc.
With Merchant Gourmet you can be sure there is none of that.
My favourite in the bundle was the Three Bean and lentil chilli, nice and spicy, but like all of them.
Everything goes really well with the Wholegrain Spelt.

Great meal options for anyone who is time poor & hungry!
I was eager to try these meals in minutes as options for myself and for my son who has just started at uni. We are both vegetarian and so getting meals with a decent amount of plant protein is important, as is finding an alternative to pasta! I have enjoyed them all, although the portions aren’t huge most will make two meals when supplement with additional vegetables or tofu etc. A great option for my son who is sharing a student kitchen with 7 others.
