What a time saver! Tasty Recipes, Something for everyone
I love the really tasty & gut friendly recipes. Easy to assemble and/or tweak to suit your needs. With dedicated carnivores I can’t usually get away with a week of veggie/vegan meals, but I heard not a single whinge or complaint! There is always the option to add meat if needs must. I made the Lentil Lasagne using quorn as well, and no-one realised it wasn’t mince. Didn’t get a chance to photograph any of it as it all disappeared too fast. I barely got to taste the chestnut shortbreads with roasted strawberries & a serving of banana chestnut ice cream - will be making again this week. When I look through a new cookbook, I usually earmark a few recipes here and there, with this book the edges were bristling with markers (re-usable post-its) So, I’ll have to use the planner to sort me two week’s of menus.

Love it!!.Have tried & enjoyed some of the recipes.Also loved the photographs accompany the recipes, which I found very easy to follow.
