With everyone’s favourite tent back on our screens, we couldn’t resist celebrating with a few showstoppers of our own.

 

Beluga Lentil Brownies

Brownies are the quickest route to many of our hearts, right? They’re the gooey craze that came and never left – thank goodness! We’ve used our Simply Cooked Beluga Lentils in this recipe, giving the mixture extra depth. Plus, a hint of heat from an unlikely ingredient.

 

Seeded Quinoa, Cinnamon, Almond & Plum Cake

This fruity number is just asking to be baked on a leisurely weekend afternoon. Eat while it’s still warm from the oven, with a generous spoonful of crème fraiche and a large cup of steaming hot tea.

 

Blueberry, Banana & Quinoa Muffins

These moreish muffins offer a fantastic source of protein and fibre, making the perfect post-workout treat. The quinoa adds a different texture to your usual bake, a winning combination with the dried and fresh fruits.
