Top 5 Tags of April Merchant Gourmet Quinoa Pancakes

3. Chicken & Lentil Traybake by Fast Food My Style

Traybakes make life that little bit easier – all you need to do is prep the ingredients, throw it all in a pan and be patient. For this recipe, Fast Food My Style has used our Simply Cooked Puy Lentils with sliced chicken breast, basmati rice, spinach and maraconi, spiced with ras-el-hanout. Easy-peasy!

 

4. Spring Time Salad by Hope Cooks

This colourful bowl features roasted spiced aubergine along with broccoli, red onion and sweet potato, before tossing in our Simply Cooked Puy Lentils and cherry tomatoes, and finishing off with poached eggs, avocado, mint, parsley, smoked paprika pesto, chilli flakes, lime juice and a generous dollop of yogurt.
