1. ‘Clear out the fridge’ bowl by Bari The Dietitian
It’s a meal that we all pull together once a week – throwing the leftover vegetables in to a bowl, add some spices and hope for the best. In this case, it seems to have worked out very well! 3. Chicken & Lentil Traybake by Fast Food My Style
Traybakes make life that little bit easier – all you need to do is prep the ingredients, throw it all in a pan and be patient. For this recipe, Fast Food My Style has used our Simply Cooked Puy Lentils with sliced chicken breast, basmati rice, spinach and maraconi, spiced with ras-el-hanout. Easy-peasy!
4. Spring Time Salad by Hope Cooks
This colourful bowl features roasted spiced aubergine along with broccoli, red onion and sweet potato, before tossing in our Simply Cooked Puy Lentils and cherry tomatoes, and finishing off with poached eggs, avocado, mint, parsley, smoked paprika pesto, chilli flakes, lime juice and a generous dollop of yogurt.
