Made with traditional ingredients including kibbled onions and raisins and a mix of quinoa and lentils, Persian-Style Quinoa & Lentils give a truly delicious and satisfying taste of Persia. For a quick and tasty dinner, halve an aubergine and roast it with olive oil, mix warmed Persian-Style Quinoa & Lentils with finely chopped fresh mint and crumbled feta. Serve the roasted aubergine topped with the quinoa & lentil mixture and a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds.

Squeeze the pouch to loosen the grains. For best results, heat through in a pan with a dash of water. Otherwise, tear a 2cm opening at the top and microwave for 45s at 900w, or simply enjoy it cold. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in the fridge and eat within 3 days.
