Wheatberries with Quinoa & Soya
A hearty blend of wheatberries, bulgur wheat, lentils, quinoa, wholewheat and toasted soya flakes, these mixed grains will add a creative touch to any meal. They’ve been simply cooked with water and olive oil, and work wonderfully in soups and stews or with grilled fish.

Squeeze the pouch to loosen the grains. For best results, heat through in a pan with a dash of water. Otherwise, tear a 2cm opening at the top and microwave for 45s at 900w, or simply enjoy it cold.
