Acai & Quinoa Smoothie
A fruity and refreshing smoothie with all the benefits of ‘superfood’ fruit Acai, and a touch of quinoa for added protein
Suitable for dairy-free, gluten-free, vegans and vegetarians
- 160g Merchant Gourmet Simply Cooked Red & White Quinoa
- 2 frozen bananas
- 250g frozen raspberries
- 1 sachet acai powder
- 700ml almond milk
Warm the quinoa beforehand in a saucepan with a splash of water and allow to cool. Once cool, add to a high-powered blender with all the other ingredients and blend until smooth!
