Suitable for dairy-free, gluten-free, vegans and vegetarians
- 1 x 250g pouch of Merchant Gourmet Simply Cooked Beluga Lentils
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon jerk spice
1.Heat oven to 200C. Coat the sweet potatoes in the oil and spice, then roast for 20 minutes
2.Cook the lentils according to packet instructions and serve tossed with the sweet potato
