Feta, Spinach and Spanish Style Grains and Rice Filo Parcels
A filling and nutritious snack, perfect for lunch in a rush

Suitable for gluten-free and vegetarians
- 4 x Filo pastry sheets cut into quarters
- 8 leaves of fresh spinach
- 1 x pouch of Merchant Gourmet Smoky Spanish Style Grains & Rice
- 1 tub of fresh salsa
- 1 small block of feta cheese

1.Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and cut the pastry sheets into quarters.
2.Grease 8 holes of a muffin tray. Line each with 2 pieces of filo pastry.
3.Fill each with small portions of Merchant Gourmet Spanish Style Grains, feta and salsa and top with a spinach leaf.
4.Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 mins
5.Remove from the tray and enjoy warm or cold!
