Freekeh Pudding with Cinnamon, Sultanas and Apple

A delicious healthier pudding for when you fancy something sweet.

Ingredients
- 1 x 250g Merchant Gourmet Simply Cooked Freekeh
- 250ml whole milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon grating of fresh nutmeg
- 100g sultanas
- 1 apple diced
- 25ml maple syrup
To serve
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 25ml maple syrup
Instructions
1.Firstly peel and dice the apple, then add along with the sultanas, freekeh, spices, 25ml maple syrup, and milk to a medium saucepan.
2.Bring up to the boil, then turn down and simmer for 10 minutes, until thickened and creamy.
3.Serve between 2 bowls and top with a spoonful of Greek Yoghurt and some more maple syrup.
