Superseeded Cocoa Protein Balls
“These are really quick and great for kids to have instead of majorly sugary snacks. The cocoa nibs add the all important chocolate boost, but also add antioxidants. I can not resist the peanut butter!”

Suitable for dairy-free, vegans and vegetarians
- 1 x 250g pouch of Merchant Gourmet Simple Cooked Super Seed Mix
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter
- 2 tbsp of cocoa nibs
- 4 de-cored dates
- pinch of salt
- 200g unsalted peanuts
1.Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until a dough is formed. Roll into balls, about 1 tablespoon at a time
2.Separately, in a blender blitz the un-salted peanuts until fine, rolling the balls in the crushed peanuts
3.Simply store in the fridge and have on hand as a high protein snack
