Another useful bundle, good for Mediterranean & Middle East Dishes. Love that All Pouches are Recyclable
From this bundle I’ve only used the Mediterranean Style Grains with Tomato & Olive and the Smoky Spanish Style with Grains & Rice. The Med Style grains I used as was, as a base to a dish of quorn & mince meatballs in an olive, pepper & Tomato sauce, it went down well. (I’m gradually reducing the amount of mince and increasing alternative proteins). The smoky Spanish Style Pouch, I used with the Spanish Roast Artichokes & Fennel on Pge 95 of Merchant Gourmet’s Cookbook but added a little paprika & pepper sauce to moisten it. We added the very little left over to a pick & mix salad bar next day.
