Filling and easy to digest

I am diabetic and have found Merchant Gourmet supplies wonderful quick nutritious and balanced food in a pouch.

I tried this flavour and it is delicious, had it with a wholemeal wrap to wipe the fabulous sauce and not miss a drop. I was easy on my digestive system, satisfying in my mouth and plenty having started with a small salad I tucked every box on current recommended diabetic eating as I’m trying to manage without medication.

Delicious

Fantastically tasty

I bought this from Sainsburys to try something new and wow, the flavour is fantastic! I ate it warm with a bit of cut cucumber as a snack and it won't be the last time!
