Amazing!

I've just tried this for the first time as being a diabetic vegan, it's hard to find a quick tasty meal that feels substantial enough,but won't spike my blood sugar. I love dal but had never tried black dal. I can't believe how tasty it is,it's not too spicy and I could honestly eat this every day for lunch. I'm stocking up on this stuff!

Black Dhal is an excellent product, so delicious, whether hot or cold. It is well worth having several packets in your cupboard!
