Think you’ve got the UK’s best 30-minute meal?

Yes, you read that right. We’re launching our biggest competition ever - and your go-to midweek recipe could be about to have its moment.

This January, we’re on the hunt for standout recipes that prove big flavour doesn’t need big effort. Create a bold, speedy dish using Merchant Gourmet and you could see your recipe go from home kitchen to centre stage.

We’ll shortlist the top 10 recipes, then hand it over to the public to vote for the ultimate winner. All shortlisted recipes will be featured and credited on the Merchant Gourmet website (with your permission, of course!).

The prize:

The winning recipe will be featured on-pack, and brought to life at a special cookery class led by chef Helen Graham on 7th February - where you'll be cooking alongside her.

You’ll also win a 6-month supply of Merchant Gourmet products, so your cupboards are always stocked for midweek masterpieces.

How to enter
