Simple to prepare 

Squeeze the pouch to loosen the grains. For best results, heat through in a pan with a dash of water. Otherwise, tear a 2cm opening at the top and microwave for 45s at 900w, or simply enjoy it cold.

Still experimenting

Tried quite a few flavours now. Like to mix sachets together, try adding different toppings, feta or a sweet potato mash. Looks like a shepherd's pie, just far more flavoursome. Covers me for a couple of evening meal. All great fun and tasty.
