Supporting local farmers, our British Quinoa has a wonderfully nutty flavour and adds a lovely bite to salads, stews and veggie burgers. We source amazing foods from all over the world, but sometimes it’s the stuff on our doorstep that wows the most.

Rinse and drain the quinoa. Add a pinch of salt and bring to the boil in a pan with 1.5 cups of cold waterper serving. Cover and leave to simmer until all the water has been absorbed (around 15 mins). If you’re feeling adventurous, add some rosemary or cumin to the water to give your quinoa an extra twist!
