This medley of mushrooms is the perfect addition to any meal. A delicious mix of Oyster, Shiitake & Porcini Mushrooms, dried to provide a more intense flavour than fresh mushrooms. Simply soak in freshly boiled water for around 10 minutes, then drain and add to stir-fries, pasta dishes or risotto.

Shitake Mushroom (40%) Oyster Mushroom (40%) Porcini Mushroom (20%)

Simple to prepare

To prepare, soak the mushrooms in a bowl of boiling water for 10 minutes. Lift out the mushrooms and squeeze dry. Cook thoroughly before eating.

Storage Information

Store in a cool dry place, once opened store in a tight container.

I often order from Merchant Gourmet. These are fine, but a little chewy even with soaking. I love their dried tomatoes, so I think it’s down to individual preferences.

Not used any yet but they seem like very good quality and very good value for money. I use the Merchant Gourmet Porcini mushrooms and i must admit these are my fav.

Best thing ever

Great to be able to use a mixture of mushrooms that I just can't get in my local shops. Even better they are waiting in my cupboard whenever I want them and they taste amazing!
