Freekeh with Fried Egg and Avocado

Suitable for dairy-free and vegetarians




1.Heat the freekeh as per packet’s instructions and divide into two plates. Peel, chop and smash the avocado. Transfer to the plates

2.In a frying pan, heat the coconut oil and fry the eggs. Top the plates with one egg each. Season with salt, pepper and sriracha sauce
