Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough
- 60g mixed leftover cheeseboard cheeses (brie, cheddar, blue - whatever you’ve got!)
- 4-5 cooked chestnuts, roughly chopped
- 2-3 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 2-3 tbsp mayo (for the outside of the bread)
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Spread mayo on both bread slices for that perfect golden crunch.
- Add your 60g cheese mix to one slice of bread and with cranberry sauce.
- Scatter chopped chestnuts on top before closing sandwich.
- Heat the butter until melted. Toast sandwich in a pan or sandwich press until the outside is crisp and the cheese is molten
- Slice and enjoy the most delicious way to use leftovers!
