Instructions

  1. Put the Chestnuts and salt in a food processor and blend until you have a fine dust.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water on a medium heat. Stir for a couple of minutes to melt completely.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate, maple syrup and plant-based milk into the blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour your Chestnutella into a jar and generously drizzle over your pancakes. Store any leftovers in the fridge and eat within 7 days. Enjoy!
