Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Split the baby gem lettuce into individual leaves, rinse and drain. 
  2. Grate the carrot, then finely chop the cabbage and radish. Mix well with the chopped coriander and juice of one lime. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the Korean-Style Veg & Mixed Grains as per the instructions. 
  4. Pack the individual lettuce cups with the Korean-Style Grains, top with the slaw, then serve with lime wedges, sliced red chilli or hot sauce for an extra kick.
