Ingredients

Cooked Brown Rice (16%) (Water, Brown Rice), Mexican Style Sauce (15%) (Water, Paprika, Onion, Garlic (0.8%), Cumin, Chilli (0.1%), Black Pepper, Oregano, Coriander, Parsley, Salt, White Wine Vinegar, Flaxseed), Green Pepper (9%), Red Kidney Beans (9%), Tomatoes (9%), Cooked White Quinoa (8%) (Water, White Quinoa), Cooked Red Quinoa (8%) (Water, Red Quinoa), Red Pepper (6%), Yellow Pepper (6%), Sweetcorn (6%), Red Onion (6%), Salt, Potato Starch, Red Chilli, Smoked Paprika.

Simple to prepare 

Cook thoroughly from frozen. For best results, cook one portion in a frying pan with a splash of water over a medium heat for 7 minutes. Alternatively, place one portion in a microwaveable container and cook for 4 minutes at 900W (5 mins at 700W).
