May contain traces pf soya, sesame and gluten containing cereals.
Simple to prepare
No need to pre-soak. Rinse thoroughly then place in a saucepan and cover with 3x their volume in water (try using veggie stock and some white wine for extra flavour). Bring to the boil and simmer for 25-30 minutes, until the lentils have softened with a slightly firm bite. Drain and serve.
Storage Information
Store in cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container for best quality.

The real thing
I was pleased to find real Puy lentils for me to cook myself. They are no longer available in the two supermarkets I go to. They are nutritious, tasty and economical. They were well packed and delivered on time.
