Ingredients
- 150g organic tofu, cut into strips
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 1/2 tbsp sauerkraut
Instructions
- Add your Burrito Supergrain Bowl sachet into a pan on medium/high heat, and stir intermittently for around 3 minutes until heated through.
- Add your tofu to a mixing bowl along with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika and black pepper and coat thoroughly
- Add to a separate frying pan and pan fry on each side until browned
- Grab a bowl to serve! Add your super grain bowl mix, followed by your tofu, and serve with 1/2 sliced avocado and sauerkraut. Enjoy!
